Straight swap. There’s an aftermarket kit available on the internets but no idea how good (or possibly, how bad) fitment is. I have a Golf R facelift bumper with R lower grill and R-line side “fog deletes” on my 7.5 GSW (same poverty spec Golf facelift bumper as you) and it clips right on. I used the R line fog deletes so I could retrofit fogs to it. The R-line honeycomb lower grill would also fit if you like the R-line look.
