Broken slider in rear vents?

The sliding tabs in the rear vents that directs the air have broken on me twice already. I have a 2-door, so not sure if this is from people moving around to get out or from me carrying stuff.

I'm out on my warranty, so I had to fix it yesterday by taking apart the rear vent and connecting the pieces back together. I took some pictures and can do a quick write up.

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes on like day 2 ownership. One of my kids kicked it

I wonder if anyone knows where I could buy a spare vent tab for my Golf. It was missing since I bought the car and it bugs me.
