Bouncing About During Shifting

This is more confirmation than anything.

When I shift from 1st to 2nd, I get this annoying bounce. Though, I've trained myself to shift smoother to lessen it, I still want to know the cause.

Is it:
- the crappy stock motor and tranny mounts moving the drivetrain about? (I have a CTS Alum insert)

Or

- the crappy stock suspension? (ED/VWR springs should reduce this, correct?)

Or

- a combo of both above or something else

Thoughts are very welcome!

 

[breaking badly]

Both soft engine/transmission mounts + clutch delay valve.
Get a pendulum mount insert and provide the CDV mod.
Don't think it's got something to do with the suspension.
