Bought another GTI - VCDS in Bay Area help?

Hi, I used to have an MK5 for over 10 years and traded it and bought an audi A7. Recently, I decided to go back to a GTI and bought a 16' GTI MK7 and remembered a couple features unlocked using VCDS. Anyone local to me feel like doing some charity work and helping me out? One of the features I miss is the disarm alarm and hold button to roll windows. Also arming the alarm and holding to roll up windows.

Help would be much appreciated.
I live in the Dublin, CA area.

I don’t have vcds but if whatever you wanna do can be done via OBDeleven , I have one here in Fremont you can use
