Does this impact the ability of DSG-equipped cars to hold boost during gear changes? I don't want to lose the performance benefit. I'm thinking "no impact" but would like to confirm. Thanks!

This part will not alter the driveability on a DSG vehicle. It is perfectly safe to run.

Received and installed today.
There is a significantly noticeable decibel difference over just the intake alone.

It can still be heard under extremely reserved driving.

For what it is and what its intentions are its well worth the price.

its there and its very noticeable when driving. As you can see the RPMs were relatively low. Ill go make another video and see if I can get anything better.

Its not easy considering the wind on the microphone.

You need to get your ears checked. Im actually hard of hearing and i hear it fine. And i want it.

Due to the valve being electronically controlled, it will sometimes vent even at extremely low levels of boost.

The installation was rather simple on my GTI SE so if youre having problems then it likely doesnt fit.
