We have expanded our multi piece wheel parts beyond just BBS to include OZ, Schmidt, RH, ARTEC & Gotti. We offer lips, barrels, assembly hardware, valve stems and assembly paste for all brands.

Our multi piece wheel section will continue to grow. Soon we will be offering +1 step lips/barrels for BBS RS wheels and 2-piece to 3-piece conversions for select models!

We carry a variety of M7x32 replacement assembly bolts for 3-piece wheels and select 2-piece BBS, OZ, RH and Artec 3-piece wheels.
These M7x32 bolts may fit other wheels as well, but please check the specs of your existing assembly bolts against the measurements shown below.

Our M7x32 bolts are confirmed to fit these wheels:
  • BBS RS & RF
  • OZ Futura, Mito, Pegasus, Fittipaldi & AMG
  • RH ZW1, ZW2, P-RAD, ZW3 & ZW4
  • ARTEC Edition L

BFI/ARP M7x32 ASSEMBLY BOLT (STAINLESS STEEL)



BOLT SPECS:
  • M7x1 shank diameter/thread pitch
  • 32mm shaft length
  • 24mm thread length
  • 8mm, 12-point bolt head
  • 6.8mm head height
  • 13mm flange diameter
  • 450 Stainless Steel
  • 170,000psi tensile strength (≥12.9 grade bolt)
  • Torque spec: 19N*m or 168in/lbs using ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant
  • Available exclusively through Black Forest Industries

  • 24.5mm thread length

  • 10.9 high tensile strength
  • Ti-N plated steel bolts
  • Torque spec: 25N*m or 222in/lbs using Loctite 243 Threadlocker

We also carry M7x24 replacement assembly bolt for 2-piece wheels. These M7x24 bolts will fit a variety of wheels, so please check the specs of your existing assembly bolts against the measurements shown below to determine if they fit your application.

M7x22 titanium replacement assembly bolts for BBS RS-II & RX-II wheels. Will also fit OE BBS wheels found on Jaguar, Porsche & Mini vehicles.

BOLT SPECS:
  • M7x1 22mm thread length
  • 12-point double-hex head
  • 6.3mm head height
  • 12.5mm flange diameter
  • Grade 5 titanium
  • Class 10.9 quality

*Note: If you are replacing one or more bolts that broke due to pothole impact, or any other sort of impact, it would be wise to replace all bolts on that wheel. If you replace just the broken bolts, it is highly likely that other bolts on the wheel will eventually fail under normal operating conditions.

BBS RS Up-Conversion Kits are now available in 15->16", 16->17" & 17->18" sizes!

KIT INCLUDES:
  • One Up-Conversion Lip
  • One Up-Conversion Barrel
  • 30 or 34 BFI / ARP M7x32 Stainless Assembly Bolts
  • 30 or 34 M7x1 Dacromet Coated Nuts
  • One 8.3mm Narrow Valve Stem (short-height or tall-height)
  • One Tube of Sealant (per wheel set)


*Up-conversion kits are sold individually/per wheel. In order to rebuild a set of BBS RS wheels, you will need to order four up-conversion kits.
