BFI engine mount problem

Installing mount and after running down engine
side with perfect Twist-ish alignment I got
a little over-confident & used my impact wrench
to run down the body side. The last bolt bound
up and although I stopped immediately it was fubar'd.
I removed the mount & tried to thread it in but no
luck. The bolt looks good & threads in the other
hole no prob, so looks like the body side hole's
threads got crossed. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Also anyone know where this goes off-hand?

If I’m reading this right you stripped the body side threads, in that case you can drill and tap to larger bolt or drill and helicoil the hole.


That plastic pieces slides over your positive battery cable terminal mount.

You read right & the helicoil route was all I could think of. Was hoping for some magic.
Simple thing gone south...
