Best LED LOW BEAMS to fit into Helix Projector Headlamp for MK7 GTI?

Hey Wheelja, while it's a pain to take the headlights out, you shouldn't have to remove the whole bumper. Only need to pop the corners loose and remove the grill to get to the headlight bolts. 4 screws in the wheel well and 2 for the grill.

I order the led kit that says its supposed to fit helix light and it didn't. I had to make it fit. should have just gone with the HIDs

does your LED kit fit the Helix projector housing?

I picked up a used set of helix golf r headlights without the HID kit. I’m not interested in adding one and looking for what kind of bulb I would need (LED or standard).

I’m also confused on the bulb for the low beam. It’s listed as a D2S. I’m not familiar with HID lights and led stuff - so basically what low beam bulb do I need to fit these?

I may have confused myself more than I realized. It looks like those lights include the ballast just not the bulb...
