Bent Pin in MAP Sensor - JB1

teslas

Passed Driver's Ed
Removing my JB1 to head into the dealer for maintenance and ended up with an EPC and Engine light on. Turns out I bent one of the 4 pins on the MAP Sensor for my car.

It looks like I can bend it back, but I have a couple of questions.
1) Due to the angle, I can't see the pin properly enough to be able to bend it back ( I don't want to chance breaking it by poking at it - blind). How would you recommend I access to bend this back while being able to someone see what I'm doing?

2) If I have to replace the MAP Sensor, what is the best way to go about accessing this to swap it?
3) What size Torques do I need to remove the MAP?
4) I'm assuming it's a strait, unscrew, pull out, pop in new sensor?

The pic is really blurry, but it was really tough getting my hand in there to grab the pic, but at least it gives you an idea of what I'm working with here.
Thanks!
