AUX / BT Disappeared

Hi guys - 2016 GTI base 4dr. Bluetooth stopped showing up on my sources list... then a few days aux disappeared. Is there anything I can check or reset on my own? I don't have time to take the car to the dealer.

i think if you hold down the power button for 30 sec it hard boots the system. you might give that a try.. if not dealer.
