Auto Trans Squeak 2015 Golf

36000 miles, Is20 tune. Under higher load conditions there's a squeak/squeal during upshift. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it's very noticeable. It sounds like a tire spinning. The sound comes right from the drivers side firewall area.

Transmission shifts normal and makes no noise otherwise. Any idea what the deal is?

Could be. But the noise is always during an upshift and focused on the lower driver side.

So say youre leaving our driveway in the morning, does it make the squeaking on acceleration in general? or only upshifts?
Mine has a squeak/chirp on acceleration after leaving my house or work and I think it may be a belt that needs to be changed.
