A repair on my sunroof left me with a broken sun visor after. The car shop was initially going to help until they found out that couldn't just buy the $2 parts I needed, and then didn't want to take responsibility because there's no official proof. Low and behold, I'm left with a hanging sun visor on a rope sling.
I called several dealership and they want 400+ for parts and labor (future reader reference: dated 2022 during supply chain issues from pandemic).
Before I go attempt to buy a knock-off sun visor and replace it myself and make it worse, anyone have recommendations on how to go from here, or recommend a car shop in the Austin area?
