Yes the pad wear sensor sensor is clipped. This won’t be an issue for non PP cars because they are not equipped with a pad wear sensor. The pads would install as normal.
If you do have PP/R/S3 and all you’d have to complete the circuit so your car doesn’t throw a code. This can easily be done with a connector and some wire. It would look like this. Although you don’t need to buy one though they can easily be made. There are a few DIY’s out there.
No disrespect, whats the lowest you would go to move them this week? Still trying to figure out if its worth it. I'll need to get dust shields and then the install cost....
