Those numbers should come down a bit once APR goes to a properly prepped track. APR hasn't said if any weight reduction was done either.

I don't see why there would have been any weight reduction. That wouldn't highlight their tuning software well. It is JUST a re-flash of course...

To clarify, those are P-Box quarter mile times, not at an official drag strip.

The car was on stock wheels, tires, suspension, brakes, full interior, etc. Show room floor + APR software.

Yea, they did see a bit fast. OE Golf R's are running closer to 13.0-13.2 but still at the same 105mph. Your 0-60 times were fast too, at least with a roll-out. Those are 4.5-4.7 with DSG right now, not 4.2xx.

Still, no matter the actual time, the improvements are insane.

I wouldn't really go off the roll out numbers. I just listed them since that's what some people quote, so we're just give you all the data.

I also want to mention these are not numbers from the screen. The screen seems to be optimistic compared to the actual raw data, (meaning interpolating to get the exact time at 0 MPH and 60 MPH (like PerfDB does), not the software's calculation. For example, we upgraded a few non power bits later in the day when it was warmer and cut at 3.6 0-60 as indicated by the screen. According to the actual data, this was 3.735 seconds and 3.380 seconds with 1-FT roll out. Interestingly enough if you average those two results and round up to the nearest 10th, you get 3.6.

I'm a little excited because I found a VW dealer that does APR tunes haha.

Holy lord of the giant killers... Scary what upgrading the intercooler, intake, and down pipe might do...

Please elaborate. I didn't know there were any SoCal VW dealers that are APR dealers.

According to people from vortex forums the closest one to us is galpin VW.
