Works with the free APR app for iPhone, iPod, or iPad and plugs into the OBD-II port. Allows you to change the state of tune, read fault codes, and a variety of other things - see the APR web site for further details. It's really a neat gizmo. I paid $200 for it, but no longer need it as I've sold my Mk VI for a Golf R. Very little use, with original box, for $130 including shipping.

Just an FYI if this has been paired with a car, you need to ship it to APR to have them unpair it, its a $50 charge.
