APR DTR6054 Direct Turbocharger Replacement System

Took a screen shot of my readiness via OBD11 after a good drive. No idea if I even ran the test/request correctly, but this was it. If anyone can educate me, please do, but this seems like no bueno regarding emissions.

For me at least, most of the monitors set on there own after a some drive time. The monitoring of catalytic converter and O2 sensor I always have to force the test through obd11. Below is the procedure for that. I have a different car than you so some of the monitors you have don't apply to me (secondary air injection for example).

Under Engine->basic settings->Automatic test procedure. Ignore the "automatic test sequence" not available. Click the check mark, basic settings status should go active. While in park, while keeping foot on the brake, press accelerator to the floor. I don't recall the sequence, but RPMs will automatically go to say 2K for xx amount of seconds, then 3K for xx amount of seconds, etc. Once it's cycled through the ranges the test will end. Takes a minute for the whole test. The monitoring of oxygen sensor and catalytic converter should now be set.

Didn't you say you work at an APR dealer? Is the E85 file not available for your ecu when connected to flash the APR tunes?

Yeah I do but have not plugged my car in since April to look at it lol.

E85 file is only available on the Golf R.

Only golf r? I saw this when I ordered the mpi here at work.

Pretty sure he meant not for GTI... all those 3 cars share the same engine.

TT usually has a weird boxcode but I'm surprised they can't flash their R file to an S3. If they come back saying it has something to do with emissions, ask why there are still people who can't set readiness on their files.

Ok, my mistake. I thought it was a GTI customer.

IS20 based cars (GTI/A3/TT) = No fueling / No E85
IS38 based cars (R/S3/TTS) = Fueling options / E85 options

Correct. My post wasn't clear. Updated it.

In the next two weeks once APR ships my MPI kit, I’ll keep an update on what the DTR can do on e85 APR tune vs EQT with a IE downpipe on both tunes. Precision raceworks drop in 305 pump, APR boost pipes and intercooler, APR HPFP. Tunezilla Haldex Spring on 17x8 Rpf1’s on RT660’s at Bradenton drag strip. Right now I’m running a 11.94 on stock fueling. I’ll keep this page posted.
