Do you have customers who have done this? And do you have a set of mods that would get you there, including a tune?
Short answer. No. Long answer, also no.

I think that comes down to CYA protocol so they can’t get clipped by the EPA.

There was a YouTube video, that I can’t seem to find, of somebody with downpipe and full E85 pushing 500+. It might be someplace in this thread.
I'm sure it can do 500+ crank horsepower. It's a G25-550 compressor. I haven't seen anyone pushing this on a built motor, however.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone else been having problems with their DTR? I've had EPC lights popping up after some pulls - once last week, twice today. Turned the car off, back on, and the EPC light went away last week. Today, EPC light came on again. Turned the car off, back on again, go to merge and it comes back on but with a CEL this time. This DTR is brand new (after I had bought my original DTR Christmas of 2022 and had wastegate problems with that one, APR shipped a brand new (currently in my car) turbo to the shop I use). The car performed fine for the month and a few days I've had it installed.

I've been seeing some posts on the APR Owners Club FB page of some people having similar problems. I just wanted to know if others here are experiencing this problem. I'm scheduled to go to the shop I use on Wednesday.

2018 Golf R, DQ381 - DTR turbo, DTR ECU/TCU, APR coil packs, APR spark plugs, Blaze Performance intake, do88 intercooler. Still on the stock downpipe, no upgraded fueling.

I passed emissions today 👍

Engine Mods:
- APR DTR6054 turbo kit
- APR DTR FWD 93 octane tune
- APR CAI
- IE FDS V2 intercooler
- Stock downpipe
- Stock fueling
Was the switch back to stock dp just to pass emissions or have you permanently switched back?

Permanent for now, unless I decide to get a tune for it.

FWIW most seem to be able to get another 60-70whp with aftermarket downpipe, fueling and a custom tune. Not worth it for me at this point, but you guys’ll be the first to know if I change my mind.

Audi S3,
Is the e85 file released yet on the DTR? So far I’ve only been able to run a 11.90 on r600 intake and awe exhaust with 93 on factory fueling and no intercooler. I just ordered a IE downpipe with spacer, intercooler, catch can with pcv, APr high pressure and mpi kit. I’ll be going to Bradenton soon here and see what this runs.

Didn't you say you work at an APR dealer? Is the E85 file not available for your ecu when connected to flash the APR tunes?

EDIT: NO! 🙄
