Anyone in Niagara, ON have an OBD11 or Carista?

Given the current changes to OBD11 I really don't want to have to buy and deal with the subscription (same for Carista) to make a handful of changes one time. So, is there anyone on here in the Niagara region that could make the following changes for me? I will drive to you and you will be paid for your time.

-Comfort windows changed to adjustable from visible
-Activate mirror dip menu
-Throttle pedal changed to Direct from gradual
-Activate lap timer
-Activate refuel quantity
-Soundakor volume to 0% if its an option
-Gauge needle sweep
-Turn off DRLs when handbrake is on

You can buy 1 weeks usage of Carista for $9.99. That's what I did and made all of the changes I wanted to. You will need an OBD2 dongle and if you don't have one Amazon has a bunch of them for $15-20. Plus you can use the same dongle with the Torque Pro app to read and erase codes and log etc.

The gf convinced me to just buy the Carista dongle since its fairly cheap and works more than just VAG cars, and has a 1-month free trial for the paid stuff
