Behind the curve, but finally beat Godrick. At like level 45, with my Lhutel the Headless +3 rofl. Already cleared half of Siofra River, decided I should go back and finish Stormveil.

Make sure you get started in Raya Lucaria Academy by level 50, no later than 60. After that you can start exploring Caelid and look to face your next Shardbearer.

I'm at like lvl 155 I think now. Might be 145. I made it to the final zone and it was like wait, I'm pretty sure I still have a bunch of things to do. I've been going back and doing things I've missed. Then while I browse reddit at work I end up seeing people talking about more things I've missed. It never ends.

Returnal is getting some free dlc next tuesday. I need to be done with ER by then. I think I will be.

I beat Godrick and got a bit further but haven't played in a week or two. Gave Divinity OS 2 another try and been hooked since - I'm about 10+ hours in on a new save so I just recently escaped the tutorial island

Have you noticed with the firestick the picture quality isn't as good? I was using a Fire TV for a while and the colors were off

I have yes something about is off about it to be honest. Not only that but sometimes when I open YouTube, you can hear the previous video you watched on the firestick play randomly in the background lol.

I switched to Roku and that worked way better for me. Now I'm using a Nvidia Shield though, which is even better

Definitely overleveled for a first play through as I absolutely smashed some of the bosses.

The mimic tear is ludicrously powerful.

I saw someone unequip all their gear, start the fight with the mimic tear and immedietly throw all the gear back on, lmao

It definitely felt like it got easier in the late game. Especially once I got the blasphemous blade and I went from doing about 700 damage with my incantations to 2.5-3k damage with the blades special attack.

I can still get wrecked though, that's for sure. I'd be having a hell of a time if I didn't have this blade. It helps a lot when you can 1-2 shot most things.

App speeds and loading times are the same? Or are they better?

Roku Ultra was noticeably quicker and snappier than the Fire TV. I'd say the Nvidia wait times are about the same, but the picture quality is better (especially w/ the AI upscaling). I mostly switched to the Shield because I wanted to use GeForce Now to play steam games in my living room

I'm still mostly rocking the Great Axe/Great Shield combo.

Sometimes I hide behind the shield with the Spear you pick up fighting Rykard tho. It's kind of ridiculous how fast the poke is and you don't have to drop the shield to attack.

It's a great game, that series is so polished, right down to micromanaging UI item movement, etc. The containers remind me of UO, love it.

I made it to the Godskin Duo tonight and I got them on the first try. It was way easier than what I was expecting. The Dragonlord Placidusax was harder, but I got him in 6 attempts so that wasn't bad either. Once I went in with a greater lightning resist incantation his damage was kind of a joke.
