side markers are easy to paint... kinda
you have to sand off all of the "print" to get a good coat, then if you wetsand them, the whole thing isnt flat, so you have REALLY watch your edges
tinting/smoking should be easier than color matching (which i did)

Ya I dont think they are really screwing you on shipping...if you add up the cheap cost of the item and the shipping it will cost you about the same as if you went to a regular online store.

when i shipped my sidemarkers it costed me like 6-7 bucks priority mail.
but just paint them yourself, not hard at all. i did it. you can get color matching paint and clearcoat at your dealership for 20 buck.
