Air noises after sun roof recall

My car went in for a sun roof replacement and besides the body damage they left me with I now have an air noise when accelerating.

The dealership is being a fucking nightmare and have done the worst service in my life. That being said I just want my car to run correctly.

What I have checked:
Driving with sun roof open = no change
opening windows while driving = no change
sound doesn't change if going 20 or 80
I have torn apart intake and checked the beginning of the charge pipe (I install a muffler delete before winter)

My only other thoughts are exhaust leak (I have a custom catback) or a boost leak around the inter cooler (tsi have those right?)

OK TURNS OUT THEY DIDN'T SEAL THE WIND SHIELD CORRECTLY! FIXED AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH DEALERSHIP!
