Also, let us know if you have the spacer on your WG rod. As @ChrisMk77 mentioned, Dan had me add a spacer to the rod which helped my turbo spool up quicker.

The WG voltage was already set correctly- 3.6v. I don't have a spacer which could partially explain the slow spooling.
We also found a small boost leak at the joint where turbo hot-side meets the turbo outlet pipe. It was only apparent at higher boost levels, around 28psi and my target boost in these logs is 32. I'm going to be upgrading the charge/turbo outlet pipes.
