I have those tires, what did you upgrade to? Can you tell a big difference? I personally don't think they are that bad. I wish I was closer or I'd buy them. I have 15k on mine still look new, and zero issues.

I upgraded to Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3+ Some differences in my honest opinion with 200 miles on the tires:
- Much more stickier in all conditions. It takes off from a stop so much smoother and with less effort
- Less body roll
- My turn ins became much more direct and I have so much more confidence sending it into a corner than I would with the Potenzas.
-Slight decrease in MPG. Maybe 1-2 MPG loss at max

Nonetheless. the OEM tires are not terrible, at all

I've read a lot about your new tires, evidently the ones to have. Good for you(y)(y), what kind of life do you expect out of them?

Hoping to see at least 25-30k.
Forgot to mention that virtually all spinning in first gear is gone. Even on a stock GTI I was spinning the most of first gear and some of second. Ride comfort has increased as well

Nice, that's what I wanted to hear, its hard to control wheel spin in 1st gear with the potenza's. Forget about using Launch Control with them. Thanks for your feedback
