255/35-18 Indy 500s on flow one f2 18x9 et45, stock height . Fender screw mod only. 0 rubbing. Wish I went 265 due to still having a good lip exposed on the rim.
The tires were Accelera 651 Sport. They run on the small side, and my current set of 235/40/R18 Falken RT660 is actually larger (and also doesn't rub).kep, I'm considering the same setup with 255/35-18 on 18x8.5/45 offset wheels for autocross on my Alltrack w/Golf R suspension, and EuroSport camber pucks. It might not clear the gas filler on the Alltrack?
What tires were you running?
235/40 ON A 18X8.5 rim look skinny and slightly stretched in my opinion, that's the set up im running rn bc i wanted to be safe, whenever i switch tires ill definitely go 245 or 255 cause i want a meaty rally look a like set up on the wheels35 aspect ratio seems silly on your 18's. not really accomplishing anything.
your overall diameter is exactly the same size as a 225/40 tire so unless you want an oddly skinny sidewall on 18's go for it.
just get 235/40 or 245/40 tires
lowered or stock height ?255-35-18 MPS4S on 18x8.5 ET45 with no rubbing issue on my GTI PP
i got the hawks and would definetly switch from my 235/40 on 18x8.5 to 255/35 you being 18x8 i would go 245/40what size firehawks should I put on my 18x8 wheels for maximum turn/curve performance without making sacrifices to straight line traction?
Stock ride height

I have had great luck with et45 offset.I want to put 255/35r18 in front of my R. Normal Street tire like Michelin pilot sport 4/5. DCC suspension, 9j rim. What offset/ET will be perfect to not rubiny and it is possible?
255/35 on 18x9+45 didn't rub at all with stock DCC suspension or eibach pro-kit springs.I want to put 255/35r18 in front of my R. Normal Street tire like Michelin pilot sport 4/5. DCC suspension, 9j rim. What offset/ET will be perfect to not rubiny and it is possible?
