Where is the car now?
Is it stable enough for you to drive it?
Are you using another vehicle?
Do you have a case number with VWOA?
When is your next appointment, to let the regional tech take a look at your car? That is the next step, attempt #3.
Again, if you like the car (when it's running), then you should aim for a permanent fix. If you're done with it, you should lobby for a buyback or lemon law. Usually the buyback is best as there is no depreciation involved.
