The car was purchased brand new from Lokey VW in 2017. The dealership had a lineup at the time of stock APR STAGE 1 tuned vehicles. It comes complete with the stage 1 tune, carbon fiber cold air intake from APR. Air vent boost gauge on dashboard, dsg tune, plus much more.
The package the dealership put together they valued at $3500 at the time. It was called the Lokey performance package. This can be seen on the window sticker I’ve attached.
Because the performance package was installed by the dealership and had to be warrantied for the standard amount of time all their vehicles were warrantied for, the care and expertise that went into the performance package is second to none. The car chirps 1st, 2nd and third gears with ease. She gets up and goes and displays her extremely useable power whenever you call on it. She is extremely fun to drive.
My uncle is selling it because he just retired and decided to get a truck to pull his fishing boat back and forth to North Carolina but if you ask me, it’s because I just purchased a gti and had a tube done and he wants to be original . In any event, the car is a gem.
