Selling my beloved 2017 Carbon Steel Gray GTI SE. Car is in SoCal (Orange County). I have an offer from Carvana for $17,500 and will take that next week (on the 20th) if no one jumps on it here. I’d rather see a fellow enthusiast get a solid deal on a clean GTI and will even leave in the JB1 as a bonus.
Only reason I’m selling is that I’ve finally given in to the siren call of a 911 and am looking at 997’s. I want to take advantage of the next couple years where where my sons are just in booster seats, but aren’t too tall to easily fit in the back of a 911.

- Purchased on December 31st 2017 from Bozzani VW
- Still under bumper to bumper warranty for the next 8 months or 6k miles
- Totally stock except the JB1
- Nearly new General G-max RS tires with maybe 1000 miles on them. I’d say these are probably 90% of the PS4s at half the price and no noticeable difference most of the time. Ive always ponied up for the Michelin’s on my cars, but took a shot on these and don’t think I’ll go back.
- No track time. Mostly commuting and driving the family around with ~1 canyon drive per month. I’m pushing 40 these days and have too much to lose in life to drive it like a dick bag.
- Interior is in perfect condition
- Only exterior issues are a scratch in the pictures from my son’s bike and a bit of road rash
- I have records for oil changes every 5-10k miles with synthetic every time
- No mechanical issues whatsoever, plus it’s under warranty so it would get taken care of anyways.
