2014 GTD intermittent long crank

Hi, recently purchased a 2014 GTD and ive been having a long crank issue after the car sits for say over 6 hours, the battery has been changed and coded in and the only other thing I have noticed is I am unable to to hear my lift pump unless I activate it using VCDS, I presume it should be audible on turn of the key. Any help would be much appreciated. The car acts exactly how it should after starting up

I had a good read of it but im just curious if the lift pump should be audible when turning key because I can hear it clear as day when priming using vcds but nothing when I turn key
