R pipe has 2 cats so there will be a flow loss. Will it matter at like.. 25 psi? Probably not a lot. Will it matter at 29 or 30 psi? Probably a bit.Think I’d see much power loss? Probably not too much I’d think

Put....the plugs..... away. There's nothing to be concerned about. Let the tuner do their job. It's clearly a base file since the initial knock correction table hasn't been touched. It's very conservative.
