1.6TDI REMAP

Hello everyone I recently purchased a 2013 Golf 1.6TDI SE Bluemotion Technology and considering getting it remapped by a reputable company and was hoping for advice such as can the engine, engine components and turbo handle it from the post below it says the turbo is increased by 0.2PSI which I assume is very little but I’m no expert any advice would be helpful thanks

You're right that's not very much additional boost. About 3 lbs of boost.

Would it then be save for the car to handle the remap ??

Depends on the tuner. Did tune my old 1.6tdi to 320Nm and 150bhp without any problem.
