02 sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor

Good morning. Had a check engine light pop up for this one 2 days ago.

OBD eleven indicates 02 sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor. Cleared it and it popped up again the next day. I am UM tuned IS38 Sportwagon with APR downpipe for about 4k miles or so. Anyone else have this issue? I am guessing this could be bad 02 sensor, possibly fuse or wiring issue?

Should I be concerned about driving it with this issue? Thanks for any input you can offer!

Maybe an O2 spacer required on the downpipe sensor??..or general fault with it??

Could be, been running this setup since the fall with no issues, this just popped up the other day. I was planning a trip to my tuner shortly for some other things so I will add this to the list. Just wondering what possible effect this will have on the performance of the car. Thanks for the reply!
