I was in the late batch so I finally got them on the car. Stock DCC, 17x8.5 245/45 Michelin PS4s.

Silver is so underrated. Your car looks killer with that combo!

If the demand for Race Silver continues, I will definitely continue to push to get it added to the rest of the SM-10 lineup.

I'm kinda glad you didn't, because then I wouldn't have waited for the VS-5RS, which to me at least is a much more attractive wheel. I like the split 5 spoke over a 10 spoke, but to each their own.

Gave the car a wash. Here's a side profile and some others.

I do have a Question though how much weight is too much, to balance a wheel? The shop I went to said one of my wheels took alot of weight to Balance, he said they got it done, but will install it on the back. When I looked at it, it had some big weights on. I didn't notice an issue driving home but I didn't drive it on the highway yet. Even the front wheels had about 6 weights on them.

Please keep pushing. I canceled my order and lost $200 because I just wasn't sold on any of the other colors.

They should have dismounted the tire and turned it on the wheel before adding weight.

I just want to make this all about me for a minute and say that I'm happy to see more of the 245/45/17s showing up. I feel like I started something here. ;)

Hmmm. I have 245/45/17s on mine and was in the first ship/group buy.

Does that mean I started it? Just want to make sure the internet points go where they are supposed too lol.

The silver looks super good. Honestly wish mine were, but will take the anthracite for hiding brake dust a bit better. So clean on the white silver.

You were the first to purchase these wheels on a group buy? Wow you really started something here.

Thanks 👍. Originally I was going with Black cause of the more aggressive look it gives but at the same time wheel loses alot of it's detail I like to see. Bronze is an Acquired taste, not for me. Anthracite was a good in-between but I wanted a bit more pop to the wheel. I was hoping they released Brushed Silver but I like the Race Silver look, I think it's a very clean and classic look.
Just need a slightly lowered stance then it would be perfect. Looking into suspension now.

Take 245/45/17 with a grain of salt. It only works on stock lower control arms. If you do SuperPro/TTS (which I’m using), you will need to have a high caster of 8 degrees and up (also, apparently not good) otherwise you will experience tons of rubbing close to bumper / fender bracket. I’ve used a dremel and did trimming, shaving and i still wasn’t happy with the outcome.

TLDR: Use 245/45/17 for stock setup, even lowered and camber changes.

With LCA, use 235/45/17 or 245/40/17.

Here’s a shot of a 1” wheel gap after going to 245/40 from 245/45. (About 2cm overall difference in diameter)

Good to know, thanks.

My plans so far is to get suspension for 1-2" drop, Roll centers and a rear sway bar. I was thinking Bilstein shocks with DCC and spring combo. Coilovers DCC kits are expensive.

Ok, we can split the Internet points here. What do we get to cash these in on?
