Has anyone passed emissions in 2023 with UM IS38?

So does anyone have some magic info to get my emissions to “ready” state? I’ve been told only APR is passing these days. My car is a 17 base TT with an is38 upgrade and STOCK down pipe. Thx for any info you have, Rick
