Thank you, this makes a lot of sense. I will be setting preload the lazy way of just adding roughly 5mm of tension when I get the ride height dialed in, unless I experience problems. I definitely have not experienced any coil bind.

Okay so your device connects to both the cluster and CarPlay? Am I understanding that correctly?

Is this an android only thing? I have an iPhone. My dash does have an HDMI port in the back, I have the dongle that came with the dash plugged into it. Are you using a different unit?

So how exactly are you guys making this split happen? I have a wireless CarPlay adapter but everything just comes to the main screen and not the dash.

Keep an eye on your oil level. When I had my APR plate on my car would consume oil. Solved smoking issue but I was definitely going through oil with the APR system installed.
