Huh? Other companies offer ADAS calibration, not just VW dealers. It's also not laser, it's a camera viewing the road looking for lane markings. I belive Audi uses the same principle, also requiring the same calibration/alignment.

In addition, you need to deactivate "Alternating Park Position", otherwise you'll be chasing a never ending parking movement ODIS, VCDS, OBD11 will be needed.
