This seems logical to me, with the addition of whatever the Mazda equivelent is. Is the CRV the current gen? My wife's is a 2022 and does not drive this way at all. It actually feels a lot like my GTI, just with less oomph. Ours is not AWD though. I do agree on the having to give it gas though...

Debatable. I'm 5'4" and BMI has never been kind to me because I've always been in some sort of athletics. If you are short and have any muscle mass at all, it's stupid haha.

That's interesting. I had the opposite experience haha. My first couple of oil changes were Castrol fills and I would burn 1-2 quarts over an interval. I switched to Leichtlauf and burning almost ceased completely. I might have to add a half a quart over a 7-8k interval now.
