Those with CTS turbo downpipe with cell eliminator. Do you still get cell?

Certain time of the year when APR Dealers/Tuners do free flashes?

I live next to Black Forest Industries but they don't offer it. I know some dealers waive the installation fee.

Test drove a 2017 manual GTI. Clutch engagement seemed extremely high. Normal?

I found a great deal on a brand new 2017 GTI S for 20k OTD. Should I jump in this?
