unfortunately after about 500 miles the cruise control and front end collision indicators are still on. The system says these applications are not available. so, trip to the dealer it is.

I have the AWE downpipe, catted, with resonated midpipe matted to stock cat-back. Barely louder than stock with minimal, if any, drone. I do 100 miles per day driving my R at all speeds and I absolutely love the sound.

I had an APR intercooler installed and actually did have to get my ACC recalibrated. The shop unplugged all my sensors to remove the front bumper and after about 100 miles I threw a CEL. Dealership needed 4 hours to recalibrate.

No it did not throw a code and no spacer. Fitment was excellent, sound was only slightly louder than stock (catted and resonated)... good quality part!

The Shop in CT does excellent work and has done plenty of VW/Audi builds. Follow them on IG and you'll see several R's & GTI's in their shop.

I went EQT Stage 2 last week. WOw... very happy with the performance, smoothness of the tune and minimal knock. Car is running fantastic! Paired it with the EQT DSG tune as well.

If you can find one, the AWE catted DP with resonator is very stock sounding. Just had mine installed last week. At the very least, you could do an AWE DP and have a shop add in a custom resonator. I had a res delete, so I can't say if the stock res helps but I'm sure it would. Love the sound...

I started off by running a 10" kicker shallow mount and tapping into the factory sub. It was a decent increase in output but still wasn't hitting the lows. Ended up buying a 500 watt amp and LOC and running them to the same sub. Sounds 1000 times better now. Everything is tucked in the wheel...

Did you try plugging it back into the car and doing only the ECU tune first? (not saying to do this, just curious if you attempted to re-install one at a time).

For me it was more about how much quicker the turbo spooled and how much throttle response there was. Car felt a lot more responsive afterwards.

All of this.... if you bought the car new it should have a resonator...
