A base map is very conservative. It is used to make sure everything looks mechanically sound for the tune. The next revision will start to turn it up. Its normally between 4-8 revisions until you are set. You have 0 knock thought the pull and it looks normal to me.

Yes, it makes it to the user interface. It of course has the Component Protection message, but I can operate it like normal for about 15 seconds. Then black screen and restart.
