And the issues are fully on vw. Got an Audi with mib3 which is notorious in VWs as having a ton of flaws. Not experiencing a single issue that I had with MIB3 in VW in my Audi.

I believe you need network access. Vw or approved garage. Independents can get access. Other option for paramaterization and data sets is vcp which is a yearly license out of Poland or Czech Republic.

Hard to get decent torque wrench for 100. I would say if you want to be able to do torque to yield your looking double that at least.
