AFAIK, FEC alone is not enough. You need first: conversion to EU FW, then patch with new FECs, change coding of the unit for EU. Not even sure how to do this with Delphi. I just know that messing with Delphi is risky.

On Technisat unit, going from 03xx to 04xx is possible but it's not easy, as it's not officially supported by the unit. I don't recommend doing it unless you have some basic experience with hardware and software recovery.

Based on my own observations, I only have a change log for 02xx to 04xx upgrade. Going from 0359 to 0367 is most likely just bug fixes. So if you don't have any issues with unit and you don't have OCD, you can stay at current firmware.
