    Low speed diving rough ride/joulting

My 2016 Golf 1.8 automatic has been having an isses when driving at low speed around 20-30km/h (13-18mph) where the ride would sorta feel rough -slight joulting or jerking as your coasting and breaking in slow traffic at those speeds. Can't remember when I noticed it first but wife called while...

the car is prompting me to change oil in 4700mi.

I dont pay attention to the milage oil change warrning. I live where we have real winters and change my oil every fall and spring (basically before and after winter). Not driving close to 10k miles between each oil changes esp lately but found that to be simple and effective way to maintain my...

How Trouble-Free Has Your Stage 1 Tune Been?

How do you figure? All the reports ive read show it's always during long highway drives or high reviving/ sprited acceleration that cause most notable oil burning in cars that have that issue.

How Trouble-Free Has Your Stage 1 Tune Been?

If you had no issues for 80k miles that's great! Probably means a lot of highway driving and may i assume oil changes a bit more frequent then 10k miles? Doesn't APR recommend changing oil every 5k miles? (would they if tune didn't increase long term wear?) All im saying is there is no fee lunch...

How Trouble-Free Has Your Stage 1 Tune Been?

Increase in power will increase engine wear. Engine wear often means oil consumption. Whats so funny Ian?

How Trouble-Free Has Your Stage 1 Tune Been?

Tune of any kinds will wear our the engine and other components faster than with out the tune period (all other things being equal). I thought about stage 1 but these cars already known for burning oil as it is. 😕

Quickest way to drain your fuel tank?

Why would someone put in ethanol if you don't have to?? People pay extra for top grade gas because (here) it doesn't contain any ethanol. That shit will mess up your car over time.

    what do u guys think 2017 24k autobahn or 2020 gti s

What's the allure of the Kia? If you need an suv for the cargo room then get it. Btw if you had issues with a past GTI why get another one? That would probably turn me off from doing it again.

    What comes after the GTI?

I have 2 kids myself one is 8 months old. Wife and I both have a Golf but hers is an older one. It's not ideal driving with your seat a little too forward than you'd like it too and having to stuff in the buggy in the hatch that doesn't want to fit lol. I've actually been looking at 4Runners...

    Pending core P0137

Had no endige lights on my dash, but decided to scan my car anyway and to my surprise there was one Pending code; P0137. Did some research and most common issue is a bad oxygen sensor 2 bank 1 (post cat). But also could be plugged cat, exhaust leak or even caused by engine running rich or lean...

Multiple errors (ACC, ESC, TPMS, etc.)

Dump that car fast. It will be nothing but issues for you. Never get a salvaged car esp sometimes like a VW.
