Given the volume of spam, I'm going to have to disagree about that. This site doesn't seem to have any ip blocking/filtering.

I can see IPs/shared IPs, but the admins definitely do less than nothing to block spam.

Right. It does help because when we mark one as spam it shows other users with the same IP so we can ban them before they post most of the time.
