Times are looking great for 29psi. Overboosting a bit, but that is trademark standard housing life lol. And likely a product of that clogged cat and scaling you had to try before the catless downpipe. Do you have 4/5 Bar sensors?
I would trim back the WG a bit in the 5000/5500 cells. Just 0.01/0.02 lower in that region at a time. Try & get it to hold the 3000mBar request more closely. Can also rescale RPM your Max PR map to better control spool in the 4000-5500rpm regions. Same with the PUT map.
The standard housing Vortex will easily make 33-34psi through 7200rpm. But will be running out of steam/making a decent bit of heat. XL housing really helps with that. You are running 49% WG up top. She has a lot more to eat.

I see why you said @arob157 b157 you have to really push the vortex top end to force flat boost above 28-29 psi. I also see why people purchase the XL housing later...
