So what you’re saying is my vortex on e85 may be a little rowdy for the factory mounts? Since we’re on the subject is there actually a difference between the dq250 and the dq381 mount? BFI is regarded as the best but they don’t list the dq381 as a fitment.

Yes the Vortex on E85 will be great for power and needing new mounts.
I don't know if there's a difference between the trans mounts.
