Hey I'm planning on getting the Superspeed RF03RR 18x8.5, will these gorilla lug bolts (17019SDBC-20) work? I know they are suppused to be 14x1.5x27mm cone seat but should they be tuner spline as well?
Are you sure they’re supposed to be conical seat and not ball seat? I just had mine installed fine with ball seat.

from their site. Mine are the 57.1 and conical. Maybe you have an older one that was ballseat?

Not gonna lie...I'm pretty excited to get my new Apex SM-10 wheels over the next month or so.... Not sure if 20 pounds qualifies for lightweight but definitely lighter than stock!

Someone on Reddit said I completely destroyed the look of the R and I should get nicer wheels to respect the R community....

The car looks great, from what I have found the people over on Reddit are only capable of posting runners and other random shots of their car. Take everything they have to say with a grain of salt, that is the group that pays to have intakes installed.

Sometimes strength outweighs the want for super light wheels. Track wheels are better off being stronger than super light. Wheel defection is a real thing. As is fatique.

Need some recommendations on new wheels. Pictures are of my old wheels both 19s. This time around I want to go with 18s but light weight. What do you guys think of the bbs forged RF516? Had those in mind but I'm open to others.

Any specific volk model?
I like te37's but ze40's also look nice. I almost got some ze40's used but I wasn't in love and for that price you have to be. Here is someone with te37's and then ze40's. I used to have ze40's on a SC widebody FRS and it was always scary to park next to curbs with wheels that expensive. You will eventually scratch them and it hurts deep. That's why I went with a much cheaper lightweight wheel.

Just got mine and am beyond satisfied with this fitment out of the box.
18"x9" Enkei EPF1 + 235/40R18 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S
Stock suspension - next comes some negative camber, then possibly coils

I neglected to take pictures of them on the scale, but even @ 9" wide, the RPF1's are still under 17lbs. a wheel. Insane.
