Line out converter?

I really want to keep the factory look of my radio and add a subwoofer, does anyone know which wires for the rear doors are for the speakers? Everything inside the door is white, and the b pillar plug has color coded wires. No idea which goes where.

I would recommend you make your taps at the rear of the HU in the glove box. Much easier to figure out which wires to tap.
