Been looking at these Konig for quiet sometime now. Was wondering if anyone is running these? Wanted some thoughts, reviews, and if they needed to buy new tpms, lugs etc. Anyone running these on stock height as well? Recently took off my springs due to all the construction work around me got tired of cracking my front splitter. Also if you got them online please point me in the right direction covid has these sold out everywhere lol.

i have em and could not be happier. they are the perfect lightweight wheel. so far have held up fine over quite a few bad roads around me.

you need cone seat bolts but i did a stud conversion for the hell of it (links below for what i happened to get, but you can get by with cone seat stock length wheel bolts)

great offset with no spacers needed at 8.5x18 size. no tpms mods needed if you can swap the sensors from your current or old tires

So we can use the stock bolts that come on the oem wheels for these? Also wow these look so much better than what I’ve seen so far. Glad to know that they’re durable as well they’re working on the roads by me but the price on these are too good to pass up

I have them. Absolutely love them! Mine weighed 19.4 lbs so great for the price and flow formed. I used the red plastic hub rings from Uroruning with some anti-seize. The crap eBay ones don’t work (one fused to the hub and I had to crack it off). Buy a set of black conical wheel bolts as the factory bolts are ball seat. Mine are Gloss Bronze in 18x8.5 et43 and I’m on 235/40R18 Indy 500’s lowered on Eibach Sportlines and Koni yellows

everyone has a white gti lol but this looks super clean man I can’t wait I’m ordering them from bmp tuning believe they’ll add a universal fitment for the bolts for an extra 40 so I might go with them only thing I’m concern about is that I’m running a 225. Everyone one I’ve seen is running a 235 not sure if that’ll make a huge difference since I’m going from a 7.5 49 offset oem to these which are 8.5 43 offset

Thanks! it will have some stretch to it with 225. I ran those until I needed new tires. 235 is almost as squared off as you can get. I don’t have any rub but I don’t have spacers. Here’s mine with the 225’s

Im looking to pick these up for my first Euro car. I have had JDM cars for years so very clueless on these terms. I've gathered that I need to buy these studs to make them fit

Im guessing a set of lug nuts will be needed for the pitch change. It also has a option for Ball Seat Washers.. what the hell is that/ are they needed?
OEM wheel bolts use a ball seat on the bolt head. Most aftermarket wheels (like the ones here) use a conical seat bolt. You shouldn't need studs to make these wheels fit, just proper length conical bolts.

Ahh ok so the issue is the shape of the bolt heads being different. Thx for clarifying that. I dont mind buying the conversion studs. I like this idea over the factory bolts. Any idea if the OEM wheels and nuts can slide back on or is this where the ball seat washers are needed?

To clarify...

Our cars use ball seat lug bolts, most aftermarket wheels have conical seats so you can run either conical lug bolts or you can do a wheel stud conversion and use conical Lug nuts.

If you do a wheel stud conversion and want to run factory wheels with that conversion you will need ball seat lug nuts.
