Unfortunately I can't help, but I've got the same issue. It started about a month ago. It doesn't always do it, but a majority of the time it sticks mid sweep and I have to flick the lever a few times until it manages a full sweep and goes back down.

If you have ACC from factory then it SHOULD be wired to the TIUL point. However for myself that wasn't the case and it seems others didn't have these wired either. The best thing to do is check the actual radar connector and see how many cables go to it.
