i m thinking to go for IS38 straight from IS12 stock turbo on A3 jb4 tuned, i dont want instant low-end torque of IS20 due to A3 DQ200 weaker gearbox. Do you think oem IS38 would be better choice over hybrid IS20? Which tuner does IS38 tune map for 1.8T?
i have contacted many European tuners and none of them support thru flasher tools, only by taking to them for reflash ecu by tuner. Btw how do i know my A3 1.8T is not supported by ecutek?
i believed i will be somewhere close to 230whp now as i had added charge/throttle pipes and TCU stage 2+ flash but that wont show power. Will try few liters of E100 mixed and dyno on map 6.
